Job purpose
As a member of the project teams you will develop and monitor project plans to support the team in meeting the project objectives.

Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop plans using Microsoft Project for projects in cooperation with project teams and in accordance to the project management system procedures
  • Identify resource requirements for project activities and add to the plan in accordance with the project management system procedures
  • Manage the updating process to ensure that plans are current and reflect project progress
  • Attend project team meetings and take minutes as requested by the Project Manager
  • Produce reports for the project teams, Project Manager and Project Board meetings
  • Provide plans and resource information to support project proposals for customers

Experience/Skills needed to fulfil the role

  • Experienced in Pharma Industry or Medical Device Industry
  • Experienced in project planning ideally of medical device projects
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Project
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience of working in regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA and EMEA requirements)

Qualifications required

  • Degree qualification in engineering or life science preferred. Considerable industry experience and deep understanding of project planning will be considered as equivalent.

  • Cross functional project teams with business
  • SMC Project teams
  • Customer representatives
  • Represent the business at external events
  • Suppliers, including providers of services including analytical and specialist testing, microbiology CROs and CMOs
