Job Role:

Actively update, maintain and create content for the company websites, social media campaigns and channels such as Facebook, Twitter and any other relevant platforms, as well as managing all PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly maintain social media strategy by creating and uploading engaging and relevant content
  • Development and management of paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Report on digital marketing campaigns to demonstrate campaign performance
  • Make recommendations to improve performance
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing
  • Create and edit videos using Animoto software and post to websites and social media
  • Maintain the website Content Management System (CMS)
  • Liaise with the website developer and maintain the companies websites and microsites, regularly edit content, upload photos, news pieces, brochures and audit the content
  • Set up online appointment booker for each new development
  • Monitor website performance and provide website insights using Google Analytics
  • Work with the SEO consultant to ensure websites are optimised and produce monthly reports, in order to maintain, improve and assess our SEO
  • Regularly audit the websites
  • Stay abreast of relevant latest research, technological advancements and marketing trends, ensuring all digital marketing improvements are grounded in this insight
  • Explore new digital media channels in particular new technologies and innovations
  • Photography if required
  • Work alongside the Marketing Studio, Sales and Lettings teams
  • Work with digital and IT teams, support the delivery of website improvement projects – incorporating collation of company needs and provide support for requirements for additional website building and testing of solutions
  • Maintain and improve knowledge and skills through industry sources

Skills Required:

  • Marketing degree, CIM or similar qualification, or experience in a digital marketing / social media strategy role
  • A strong technical understanding and advanced working knowledge of digital and IT platforms and applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Professional communication skills and confidence
  • Strong copywriting and proof reading
  • Attention to detail and enthusiastic
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
